FAQ's

Do you handmake all of your products?

Yes. Every body care or scented wax product you purchase is handcrafted with intention, care and love. We also print our own apparel and accessories.

Are SouthernRooted Girl's products made 100% natural?

Our products are up to 98% natural. We incorporate organic, natural and skin-friendly synthetic ingredients into our products. Most are vegan. Some are not. We DO NOT, however, allow parabens, sulfates or phthalates into our products.

What type of fragrances do you use in your products?

We use essential oils, fragrance oils, or a blend of both to scent our products. We strive to choose fragrance oils that do not contain the harmful stuff as well. We also offer unscented options for those who don't prefer scented goods.

How long does it take my order to ship?

The current lead time for shipment is 24-48 hours from confirmation of order. If you backorder a candle or non-glycerin bar soap, shipment can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 30 days from the date of order, as these items require time to cure before it is able to be sold.

Do you allow animal testing for your products?

Absolutely not. Our products are cruelty-free and tested on ourselves prior to offering them for sale. We also research our suppliers to ensure we are not purchasing ingredients from companies that endorse animal testing.
